Dear concern,
Please, find the attachment below of My old passport copy, new passport copy and Eval,which expired earlier, I have submitted my new passport long ago to do extension my eval,but still its showing nothing in emgs system,
I have contacted several time to institute, they said they already submitted to emgs,

I have the exact same problem, the institution said they have submitted everything. Yet no response from EMGS or update
