Dear EMGS officer,
I am sorry that I missed few instructions for the need to install EMGS Mobile App and update my pre-arrival documents 2 day’s prior. And I know, there is no verification for additional documents that I submitted. As I am arrived tomorrow (6 September 2024) with my parents, will be any delayed for the immigration processing or some problems regarding this? Or it is okay to directly bring all documents to ISAC counter. Thank you
