My VAL can’t be proceed because my photo doesn’t meet the EMGS requirement. Where can I upload a new one?

  Send new scanned to your instatution they will forward it to EMGS

  The same happened to me. I emailed the correct photo to emgs to the id they had sent me informing about the wrong photo
