I had the same situation and have sent them by mail but it took 1 month. You need to find the good contact or as Muhhamed said find somebody to go there. Try to call the university too.

Yes just find the good contact to your university and send it by mail. This may happen many times if they need documents.

Hi guys, my application is 15 % and orange since a week as they need my previous uni results. I contacted UM in malaysia but nothing happend. Who should send these documents to EMGS me or my university. Thank you

It’s normal this dealy is in all universities i hope EMGS they will find a way to the application be done by the candidate him self .. like this will be faster

If the problem is to change the size of your pic just search in google for this and specify the number of pixels required and download your picture.

Thank you for your replies. Actually it was a part of my dossier to the university. I will try to re-send them. @ Kashif Yes I can. This yellow status is still today . Yesterday it was green.
