who said immigration unable to process your val?

I came to Malaysia in April this year from Pakistan.
I dont know when Email they told government banned Pakistan maybe you came b4 ban they banned from june july
Brother I got my eVAL and TA what I have to do next
Both my university and emgs still discussing my process with officer what to do in case
I’m having same problem. I can’t access into my Digital I.D
I think the percentage cant show in tracking application you have to follow university or emgs
once time you had extended your val, so that now you can not do it Again
who use the digital ID btw?
