Dear Immigration officer,

My university hold my passport more than 9 months. I have tried a lot to contact the authorities but they didn’t reply. My visa is going to expire very soon.

What I have to do now?

  Please note that we can only advise if the passport is with EMGS. Since your passport is with the institution, we advise you to keep trying to contact institution for clarification on the status of your passport and renewal.
