My application states that it in progress with the immigration. I understand that the immigration does not give a specific time frame for the approval of the application and it’s approval is solely under their discretion. How many days did it take for the immigration department to accept your Val after appealing?

6 and a half months. However there were complications due to unavailable documents which needed to be formally explained with proof. After all the documents were acquired it took around 2 weeks.
