I am completely in a vacuum of information. They have delayed the eVAL without any explanation or reason and without asking for additional documents. I emailed the EMGS several times to ask the reason, but I did not receive a specific answer, EMGS just says that the Immigration Department has the authority and that’s it.

Yeah, all you can do is send reminder to your university. If they don’t reply by 3 days, try to call them or reach out in WhatsApp. Usually they respond faster in WhatsApp.
