I am from INDIA looking for phd , I have Applied for VAL on 22 jan and paid MYR 2048 Includes (insurance ,iKAD,eVAL,Student pass). The status is 15% till now. My registration date in university is 26 february 2019. How much time it would take to complete the process ? I have also requested to late my registration for 1 month .

  15-30% : 3-4 working days
  30-32% : 2 working days
  32-35% : 3 working days
  35-70% : 7-10 working days
  EVisa : 1 day
  
  You should be able to reach by the 26th provided no additional document or clarification is required.
