Do I have to know exact entry date and return date before applying for SEV? Would the application process require me to fill in hus information? My home institution has not announced the valid entry and return periods.

Same here. I don’t think it’s an issue. They are just reminders that what STEPS are required for the next process. I am sure these will be done after you (and l) will arrive in Malaysia and contact our uni.
