For my University (UPM), they said it will take approximately two weeks to get the student pass. Because the institute will send your passport to EMGS and EMGS will send to immigration department.

What does it mean to summit the passport? Original physical passport or the electronic one? My passport number is MD436600.

Dear EMGS officer,
Now I got 38% and my VAL has been approved since 26 July. Where and when can I download my VAL? My passport number is MD436600.
