Hey ousman, your university didn’t paid yet to the Emgs .once Emgs recieve your documents and the payment emdaitly will update your status. However, this process will take around 1 month.

  Yes but my university did copied me in the email of proof of payment they sent to EMGS.

      Mail your school that your status is still showing that you have not paid so that it can be traced
