Hi I haven’t got my eVAL yet, but do not worry about LEO, and it is nothing for you to do. It is a formal process between some countries and universities, actually your university must send a request for Iran embassy or somewhere else and they confirm that the country accept the university quality!! If yes, what did you do?-
Hi I haven’t got my eVAL yet, but do not worry about LEO, and it is nothing for you to do.
