Hello. The reply is to refuse my request. Because the email address used is different from the one applied before. However, the email address applied before has been logged out and cannot be logged in. Now how do I solve this

what do you meant? you forget what i said earlier? email to EMGS for cancelation then you can re apply

Yes.Emgs reply needs to use the same email address as the previous application for travel authorization to cancel. But the previous email address can not log in. Another email address I’m using now.

Please be that you may contact your institution to request to cancel the travel authorisation application as well.

EMAIL to emgs for travel authorization cancelation and they will cancel it then you will be able to reapply soon

Please be informed that the pervious travel authourisation application is required to be cancelled before applying for a new application. If you wish to proceed, kindly send us the cancel confirmation using the same email that was used to create the application and send the email to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my
