Hi EMGS
May i know if a spouse can come to Malaysia from another country? The spouse has not been in Malaysia before and his partner is currently a student in Malaysia.

I do not know why it takes so long a time for my application to be processed. Its been 15% since 19th January.

The estimated time is 4-8 weeks total so you don’t need to worry about it. It’s just that some people got it fast and some people don’t.

The early stages takes abit of time. As soon as you exceed 15%, it will move very fast.

That’s good to know. I’m still in Nigeria though,awaiting Visa approval. I should me in Malaysia (Universiti Saints Malaysia) towards the end of February or first week of March.
