Please I have tried to apply for a new travel authorization as I can’t travel again with the old one that was issued and used by me last year,I tried with a new mail address but it keeps saying that I can’t process a new application until I cancel the old one and I don’t know how to cancel the previous application please advice

  You need to contact with your instutuite to cancel the old one and then apply a new one in EMGS

  I already tried that with my school but they said they can’t cancel it that i should contact Emgs
