I have been denied VAL. To me there are two possible reason and would like to take your opinion which one is reasonable. 1. I hadn’t paid UTM VAL processing fee of 350 RM 2. The name of my passport and degree mismatch. What’s your say on this?
It might be the second, because if there was pending payment I think they would have requested you to pay rather than just rejecting it directly , don’t you think ?
Didn’t u get an affadavit for the 2nd problem?

Well it makes a big difference when a affadavit is provided and yes it would have made a difference try to appeal.

No I didn’t provide any affidavit. Because I wasn’t awear of such situation.
