Currently I think it’ll be difficult for Iranians unless they are extending their banking relationship with an international bank of which they are already a client.

You can check out Maybank’s MyDebit Kawanku or Big pay. But if these don’t work, Some foreigners also use their local friend’s bank account as their own. Meaning that their local friend will receive their salary for them and they’ll pass it over every month.

Contact with Your institute.. They support EMGS with this letter

Hi,
Please note that the Immigration Department has resume processing applications. Therefore, applications will be processed accordingly. Furthermore, the Immigration Department requires the accommodation details. Hence, you would have to arrange an accommodation prior to your entry.

At present, there is no specific date on when the quarantine procedures will end. Students entering Malaysia is required to adhere to the quarantine procedures until further notice.
