Contact both EMGS and your institution, and explain to them your enquiry. Normally, EMGS have to update one day after receiving the proof of payment from your institution (in case you choose to pay through institution).

EMGS are quick in responding, just call or email them, contact your institution as well. Good luck.

It takes between 6 to 12 weeks in most cases.
Honestly it does not matter anymore if you are going to UM or UUM, for immigration department it’s same for all.

Thanks for your response. So that means from the creation of account and application to approval take 6 to 12 weeks if I got your message correctly.

Thanks for your response. I do appreciate. I have another question please. Although I have paid on Friday last week and it was registered at the UM visa unit on Monday, I want to know if they have communicated the payment to EMGS.
