My emgs rate is 35% and I have downloaded Emgs approval letter to proceed for eval application. Can someone talk more on this. Because I thought it must get to 70% before applying for eval.

Please someone should guide me

The EMGS approval letter you received will enable you register for the semester (Basically, course registration). However, you will receive eval once your application is at 70%.
