Dear EMGS,
I hope you’re doing well, I’m wondering if i moved to another country and i received my eVal after week could i complete my documents in malaysia embassy at that country moved to or i suppose to return to my country ?
I’m looking forward to hearing from you.

  You would have to do eval ammendment if moving to another country. Immigration has to give approval for changing country.
