@osam my VAL has been approved last week on 19th sep yet there has been no further update. Its stuck. Whats happening?

  You have to download the VAL, proceed to apply for single entry visa if there is embassy of Malaysia in your country if not then you can plan your travel to Malaysia

    If someone live in abroad can he apply from There? Or he must take SEV from his home country?

      You have to apply from home country.

      Also you need to check with embassy if you can apply from another country, from Malaysia for sure you cannot apply
