Hi guys, my percentage is 80% yellow and the EMGS want medical confirmation form and personal bond . The questions are what the documents contain and how l can sand it.

For your second question it means you have to send them a photocopy for the entry stamp that you got in your passport when you intered malaysia

Also they want ro submit a copy of Date of Entry and Valid Pass . How l can get thus things.
