Hello, I just send an email so that my previous travel authorisation process can be cancelled so I may reapply can you please advice and look into the email I have sent you the email

I’m sorry but how about for the beginning of next year, I will be due to Malaysia on February, and all the bans are until the end of the year 2020, am I getting this right?

Hello, is it possible to come to Malaysia from Saudi Arabia directly if I’m not a Saudi citizen and have a ikad, with a valid visa?

Please note that Saudi Arabia is in the list of banned countries. Therefore, if you are from or travelling from Saudi Arabia, you would not be able to enter Malaysia. Rest assured, we will keep students updated on this matter.

However, could you please clarify what needs to be done by a student arriving other than quarantine costs and covid-19 tests is there anything else that must be paid so I may be better prepared

Upon arrival, you would only have to pay for the quarantine and the Covid screening. You can refer to our bulletin in our website for further information.

Hello, I am going to Saudi Arabia in January and I wanted to know, do I need to have an exit approval and entry approval, or just go and I need an entry approval

Hi Omer,

You would be able to exit the country provided that you have a valid pass. However, upon entry, you would have to follow the entry procedures that has been set.
