You should see the scanned copies of certificate and transcript, either the text is cut from some side or it is not clearly readable. May be that’s why they have told you that it’s not clear.
You should scan the documents again and save as good quality PDF format. Confirm the readability of the documents before sending them again.

Go to a printing shop and scan there, ask for high clearance scan
And submit again
Unfortunately whenever they ask for anything you should provide it to proceed
