Hello everyone
EMGS said my certificate and Transcript are not clear,And before I send it to them,I scanned the certificate and the transcript in a scanner.But now they said I should send the clearer one to them. So what did they mean? Or what is the problem?

Go to a printing shop and scan there, ask for high clearance scan
And submit again
Unfortunately whenever they ask for anything you should provide it to proceed -
