Thats a total false fact
It takes an average of atleast 20 days to recieve 70% for most of the people
Normally the whole process take 14 working days, but if there any required documents or correction then it will take from 3 to 4 weeks

Actually this stage is to prepare the application to send to immigration and being sure that everything is fine before submission
