Hello Is there anyone who is travelling to Malaysia from Bangladesh. The emgs rule for quarantine excemption for recently infected covid travellers state that travellers need to do the RTK-Ag test 2 days before entering Malaysia. But, the government of Bangladesh still doesn’t recognise the negative results of an RTK-Ag test. What should I do now? Please help!!
AG counts antibodies to verify your claim that you had covid but also that you got immunity enough to travel safely to Malaysia.
1. PCR is to prove that you don’t currently have covid so that you can board the plane. 2. AG proves that you were covid positive in the past and you have enough counts of antibodies to safely be exempted from quarantine.
you can still use PCR test as a covid test since PCR is better than RTK test in sensitivity
