I have submitted my EVAL modification Request since 10 January !! , still no news , and every time they just say there is no time frame !!! Honestly I did not expect such failure from EMGS, I am so disappointed , and please do not comment and say “the approval to amend the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department ” because 2 months without follow up from you is a FAILURE from you and Immigration as well. I am stuck and depressed only because of you
