Hello dears
I am trying to book a hotel for quarantine with the tests through https://safetravel.myeg.com.my/ . But when i come to the last step ( payment). It decline the payment and i got a message ( your transaction is declined) and i tried many times . Same issue came . Then i called the bank , they said no issue with the card or the bank.…[Read more]-
I think it’s your card network problem either merchant (Visa /Mastercard) problem. however you can email to mysafetravel. My card worked in first attempt.

Check that the ceiling of payment set by the bank for daily transactions is enough.
Liaise directly with mysafettavel to see if they have problems on their website.

Check with your flight carrier. In my case, the flight operator did it give me the boarding pass until I proved to them that I had a hotel quarantine booking.
