Kindly help look into my application E#########. I sent a mail with an attachment. I’ll be grateful if the process moves on at a faster pace, I desire to see that it has left 15% where it has been for almost two months. Nevertheless, I appreciate your dedication and commitment in the service you are rendering. I will also like to point your attention to the fact that the status of my application on this app is closed and green but on the website browser (i.e. visiting the ‘track my application’ webpage) it is open and yellow. I think it will be alright if information gotten from both platforms are always the same. Thank you.
