Hello, its best if you contact your university for this. They will know better when you should submit your documents depending on your intake. My intake starts at March but I can start applying on November because it takes 6-8 weeks for VAL application to student pass endorsements.

I got suspended for 1 semester hence I have to cancel my current pass and apply for new VAL from home country. My offer letter is from 2016. Is that acceptable?
