Desr EMGS,
I am a prospective PhD student of Civil Engineering at UTM.
Please kindly enlighten me on rules bordering my dependants.Please i like to know if it is possible for me to travel with my dependants at same time?or do i have to arrive at Malaysia before my dependants can come?
