Any new students on here that have successfully converted a social visit pass to a student pass. EMGS is now asking me to leave the country just to apply for the student pass I already applied for 11 months ago!

In my case i have been waiting on my student pass since march 2020 with a pending 32% for almost a year. Paid and sat through quarantine, but still no humane solution…? Asking to leave the country, pay for another week of quarantine and 2 flights is absurd.
