It took me roughly 2 months but the delay was coursed by Emgs when they requested for new offer letter. My university sent it and for 1 month, they claimed they didn’t get the letter. But when they finally acknowledged the new offer letter, it took just 4 days to process and I got my Eval on 5th day

Yes, Eval is valid for 6 months. In a situation where the Eval expired, then you have to apply for E Val extension through your university

The whole process took me about 2 months and 2 weeks. It was so because there was additional document required which my university sent to Emgs but for over 1 month, Emgs claimed thy didn’t receive the document. That delayed the whole process. I just got my new Eval today by the way.

You need to be emailing at least twice a week asking about your status. If there is any problem, they will inform you from there. If you don’t email, you won’t be notified

Thank you brother, you know I waited so long for it. The problems and delays are from EMGS. My documents have never taken longer time with the immigration even when I was running my Bsc program

Though mine was Eval extension as the previous one got expired while I was still in my country and moreover, I did my Bsc in malaysia so I believe my record is there already

I contacted my university and they provided me the case number. Then I sent it to Emgs, just 2 days ago, they sent me email that they have received the documents and my application will continue

Exactly what happened to me. Since 1 month my university debt new offer letter to them twice, my university also sent it to me, but EMGS claimed they didn’t see it. Then they ask me to provide the case number my university used in sending it.
