Only PhD student are exempted from NDLEA visa clearance. I’m very sure about this.do get all your required documents ready and intact.

I want to know if PhD students require NDLEA certificate to process SEV after getting the VAL from Nigeria. Thanks in anticipation of your advise on this because of the time limitation.
