The entire process for travel authorisation took me 20 days in total.

Hi,
Please be informed that the application is in the midst of processing. Kindly note that there is no stipulated time frame for the travel authorisation application process. The approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

So why didn’t send my application until now for immigration department ?
If your documents are in the process of submission to the immigration department, then it means they are complete and have been vetted. Good news. Now the process of submission is taking time because of the public holidays and weekends.
From my experience, you can get a super fast answer if you call them during working hours by phone.

They already replied above stating your application is in the midway of processing. What we nomally do is to continue waiting so long as the status colour is green.
