This means your application is complete on emgs side. Good news. Emgs is processing hundreds, if not thousands of applications per day. This is why it takes time to move forward. Keep updating us on the situation.

They already replied above stating your application is in the midway of processing. What we nomally do is to continue waiting so long as the status colour is green.

If your documents are in the process of submission to the immigration department, then it means they are complete and have been vetted. Good news. Now the process of submission is taking time because of the public holidays and weekends.
From my experience, you can get a super fast answer if you call them during working hours by phone.

The entire process for travel authorisation took me 20 days in total.
