Hi EMGS, my passport number is DN413671 and my application is at 80% now, i submitted my passport in May, could you kindly let me know when i will receive it back. I urgently need to travel back to my home country during the last week of July. Please help me

  Hi Nyasha Dzingirai,
  
  Kindly take note that your passport was submitted for a special pass application and it is now ready for collection with special pass by your institution. Once the institution collects your passport with special pass, they will have to submit your passport for the student pass endorsement. Student pass endorsement process will take approximately 14 working days from the day we receive the passport and it is also subject to Immigration discretion
