Lucas: In order to apply for a dependent visa, the first requirement is that you travel to Malaysia and get the student pass.

As far as I know, the only way so far to get a social pass is through the Lingkawi Tourist Bubble. No social passes other than this are offered. Still, if your husband comes to Malaysia though this scheme, there is yet the question of whether or not you can apply for a dependent visa for him and for your daughter. We hope social passes will be granted at least to dependents of students. Our prayers for students to be reunited with their families.
