Yes I understood I’ve contacted them but UPSI said that the letter I submitted to EMGS previously is the official release letter from UPSI already.

IIUM, but I sent them an email, and they finally approved my application, it’s on 7% now.

What program are u gonna offer in IIUM and which intake are u??

It’s normal.. it took me around 6 days for it to become 10% form 0%…currently mine is at 10%
