We study in USM Penang and we stay at Bukti Permai Housing on campus and it has been two weeks now and we are short of electricity supply, lights are fine though. When we have informed the officials, electricity flows for a short time and it is cut again.
I don’t understand this! It really affected our academic performance we can’t charge our laptops, phones or print.
Note that when we complain many times they get annoyed! I thought this is part of their job “maintenance”.
My friends and I are very disappointed by this situation as we didn’t expect this.
This is our last shout out. Hope things are going to be changed soon.
