Hello Emgs
My Application Already stuck at 20% with Yellow Color
And You are asking for additional Documents.
I got 2 issues:
1-1) The student should have already completed his/her studies in 36 months. However, the extension sought is for another 3 months.

The institute is required to submit a detailed explanation letter from the Dean of Faculty on the reason of the applicant does not complete course in the time frame.

Regarding this Issue .. I have not Completed My Studies yet .. it must be Completed in 48 Months not In 36 months as You mentioned in this issue
And Regarding the Second issue my Institute has already sent to you Supporting Letter and My academic Results will be released on January of 2021
However I will be graduated on next July .
