How long did it took to reach 60%?!?

My application reached 30% but they wrote that the pre Val medical checkup not attend … although I sent it to them with all my documents before … and I submitted to IIUM university .. can u help me what is the problem if u know

You can get that two ways:
(1) University sends you the VAL through courier.
(2) Students themselves collect VAL from university.

Please note that all existing students not from the banned countries entering Malaysia is required to apply for the travel authorization letter prior to their entry.
