hi aulia,
actually its not department of EMGS its from immigration department as far as i know. in my case they took around 20 days after post arrival medical check up so if your medical is done it will take around 15-20 days.

Actually, it’s 20 working days. And it will takes at least a month till the visa issued

Dear EMGS officer,
i’m on student pass i want to travel to singapore by land can you please tell me for which visa to apply or if visa is required or not to travel.
