Dear EMGS officer;
Hope you are doing well inshallah.
I’m a PhD student.
Sir, first point I’d like to inform you that I sent email to you before 3 days back, but till now no replying.
Secondly, I’d like to inquire about my application status, since almost 6 months no updating, can I know please what is the reason?
Thirdly, if I want to check my status via EMGS app, shall I use old passport number or new one?
Please answer all my inquiries.
