Dear EMGS officer;
Actually I have 2 inquires. The first one, I already renewed my passport, is new passport is activated in your system or still old one? In EMGS website, when I checked the history of my application, the last movement was on February 17th, can you please update the history part on the system?
Your assist is highly appreciated.
