Ofcourse not. But you cant apply for val unless you have given your ilets and achieved decent score required by your uni.

But i applied already and my val was rejected at 35% so do i have to score 6first before uni can appeal for me? Thanks

Yup its probably why they rejected your val in the first place. Get your ilets done and then once you receive your result send that to your uni and they’ll forward it off to emgs after which hopefully you’ll get val.

Okay. Call your institution up, tell them that this what emgs said and ask them what more do they require from you. Do as they say and send them( the institution) and they will take care of rest.

Upload the documents in you admission application and inform the uni about your status on EMGS. Contact uni at visa@ UTM.edu.my

Contact your institute they’re the ones responsible for knowing the reason and running after your visa approval… your job is just to only submit the needed documents. But if you want to make sure by yourself also you may call the emgs and ask them because there are several reasons for rejection and you need to know what was yours.

I think the immigration is just wondering why you left in the first place since you’re married. You’re suppose to have marriage pass. Why did you leave in the first place? What happened, and how long has it been?
