Hello, i recently received my eVal letter and today i went ahead to try and apply for the evisa but i keep getting an error message like the one shown in the picture i have attached. What does this mean and how do i fix it View

HI,
Thank you for your response. I contacted them and they are referring me back to the VAL issuing office. On their system they are not picking up my details, it says there is no record. My passport number is GN420898

Based on our records, for your country, you are not required to obtain a SEV or e-Visa to enter Malaysia. Therefore, you may enter Malaysia with the e-VAL.
