Yes, I did pay.
Also, has your application been verified by UTM?
The percentage will increase only after your application gets validated by UTM.

@neelam was it your Master’s in electrical engineering which encouraged EMGS to process your VAL in 3 days instead of 40 days?

No, mine is masters in mechanical engineering.
Also it’s the immigration that took only 3 days. The entire process took around a week.

mine is same..just took 7 days to get Approval…!PhD_UPM

No, it wasn’t required. I was told by both emgs and the university officials that pre arrival medical screening isn’t required if one has opted for public universities.
